His prolific experience is spread across multiple sectors like Investment Groups, Food & Beverages, Hospitality, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Constructions, and Insurance.
Ameer Kunhappa, is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong track record of performance in a wide variety of sectors including, food and beverages, integrated facilities management, healthcare (TPA), travel & tourism and Information technology.
Ameer joined DLI in early 2014 as Finance Manager, responsible for the F&B and Manpower supply segment and grown through the years as the Finance Director, adding up other divisions including facilities management, travel and tourism, real estate, investments, and IT solutions in his portfolio.
At his previous appointment with Ernst & Young, Ameer was part of their audit and assurance division engaged in audit of multinational and listed companies. Ameer also worked in the UK in one of the renowned firms managing multiple clients across the country.
Reporting to the Managing Director of the group, Ameer leverages his profound industry knowledge in deriving high quality business strategies in line with the group’s long-term objectives.
Ameer is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, trained in the UK and a member of UAE Accountants and Auditors since 2014.
Dr. Azza has 17 years of hands-on professional experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, and she has in-depth knowledge of medical staff management, healthcare economics, marketing strategy, corporate acquisitions, and project management.
Working closely with highly reputed hospitals and medical professionals in UAE helped her grow her professional portfolio in the diversified healthcare industry and built her vision for next generation automation and healthcare transformation through technology adoption. Motivated and ambitious with excellent marketing & branding skills, Dr. Azza is an experienced and goal-oriented medical professional with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding established organizational goals and objectives.
Ms. Mira manages all aspects of our information technology and telecommunications capabilities and leads the DLI Group’s efforts to drive operational and business innovation using technology.
Having joined the group in 2009 as IT Specialist, Ms. Mira rose to the ranks of the company’s leadership role through perseverance, hard-work, passion, and commitment. Under her leadership, the group has transformed remarkably into a technically advanced organization. Several programs including seamless applications, process automation, and secure network system were introduced in the organization under her guidance. She spearheads IT initiatives for the group and is deeply involved in crafting IT strategies for the group. Ms. Mira is also a seasoned leader who has managed, developed, and trained several talented IT professionals. In addition to the MBA degree from British University, UAE; Ms. Mira also holds an IT degree specialized in security from Zayed University.
